We started TQBS because too much safety and compliance work was box-ticking. Ours is hands-on, human, and run by people who've actually done the job.
Total Quality Business Solutions is North West NSW’s training and consultancy partner, delivering nationally recognised first aid and WHS courses, independent ISO audits, and practical business advice. We’re the people a business calls when they need their crew certified, their site compliant, and their staff genuinely confident to act when it matters.
Our trainers and advisors come from emergency-services, safety and business backgrounds, so the scenarios you practise and the systems we build are the ones that actually happen on site. The people who turn up are our own, never subcontracted out. We keep classes small, get people on their feet early, and issue certificates the same day.
Whether it’s one person renewing a CPR ticket, a full crew certified onsite, or an ISO audit before your next tender, the goal is the same, quality you can rely on, from one trusted partner.
Nationally recognised training is delivered in partnership with Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909), which issues your statement of attainment.
